The uploaded medical transcriptions can be edited online and saved back on to our servers, so that the updated medical transcriptions are available for client’s future use, as well as this acts as a feedback process to our transcriptionists. Prominent features of ACCU-CHART include print, save, export to hard disk in Microsoft Word Documents, Rich Text Format, Adobe PDF, HTML or text format. The medical transcriptions can be forwarded via email or fax to referring physicians, patients themselves, or to any other facility in case of change in patient care. All the latest medical transcriptions completely transcribed and uploaded are available in a separate section known as Current Records and can be automatically printed at the click of a button. The features don’t end here – Doctors can search for medical transcriptions from the database based on criteria such as Patient Name, Referring Doctor, Date of Visit, Date of Dictation, Date of Transcription, and Content Search with which, search can be based on any specific word contained within the medical transcriptions, similar in function to any search engine available on the Internet. The doctor can define the template in which the transcribed reports would be generated by the transcriptionists and the same can be seamlessly integrated into the application.
